I wonder what would have happened if Kushina's pregnancy hadn't any complications (i.e., meddling Uchihas), do you think the seal would have at least weakened some?

Oh, it was weakened simply by the fact that she was giving birth. But if Tobi (I'll call him this for the sake of the un-caught up members~) hadn't been there, I think she would have done just fine, and Minato would have been able to restrengthened the seal.
