i dunno, really. i sincerely believe that the whole story is part of a time loop. i could explain it and/or pull up a posat that explains it, and i also feel that Eren's death is the trigger for the time loop. he wakes up at the beginning- "i feel like i just woke up from a really long dream"?

as for deaths, i feel like Levi will end up living for the sake of crushing our feels into the ground. (as well as that i thought he was Isayama's favorite?) he's already seen so many people die, and if he had to watch so many more pass away- people he cared about (Eren, Hanji, new squad Levi, etc) then it would serve as to make him suffer more and wonder if it was really worth it, now that they've finally succeeded against the titans somehow. he may end up becoming self-destructive (symbolism- you can't have freedom without hope? freedom is useless without hope? idk) as for everyone else, i feel that most of them will die as well, but i feel that maybe Armin will turn on the Survey Corps or work behind their back and die feel-fully, maybe by someone in the 104th out of necessity? idk anymore. -sigh-

I feel like Levi is going to die closer at the ending of the series Erwin a lot sooner but definitely dying. I'm not sure about Hanji either but when it comes to Historia, after they overthrow the government and she claims the throne I don't think she'll be much of use except for her knowledge about the walls so I'm pretty sure she won't die any time soon but definitely dying at some point as well. If though, after reclaiming the throne she stays inside the Walls maybe she'll manage to survive but there's also the possibility of the Walls being destroyed completely so I don't really know what to think just yet. The possibility of Eren being dead at the end of the series is likely as well even if he's the protag.

To tell you the truth, I feel like Levi's going to die closer to the end, too. And knowing Isayama, it'll probably be tragic, since he's a popular character. The series, most likely, will end when Eren dies, so there's a 50/50 chance of him dying at the end. Before Eren dies, Mikasa or Armin will probably be killed off, most likely Armin, since his rankings weren't as high (but Isayama could be in the mood to be a /bleep/ and mess with our minds). Hanji has a high chance of dying, in my opinion, since she studies titans. She'll probably die by studying live titans or something like that. Sasha, even though I'd hate to say it, is most likely going to die, because as someone said, she was already planned to be killed.

I honestly just hope they don't kill off Armin. He may not be the most 'admired' character, but he's one of my favorites. ;v;

Anyway..what character should I draw? It'll be in an animal form as usual, since I can't do humans..it can be a pairing too, or something. >v<

@Eren ;; Honestly, I hope this won't turn out to be a time loop. As much as fascinating the theory might seem I really don't want it to happen >.< An endless world of pain. I just don't won't those characters to suffer anymore ;A;
Someone suggested that where Eren woke up it's also where he died, just nope uwu
Plus Eren's memories seem to be not of his own so I'm kinda wondering about that as well.

@NYC ;; Yeah, I agree. Levi's death will probably be a tragic one... actually I'm sure of it. If Levi dies, his death is going to be super tragic and it'll have such an impact on everyone especially Eren since he looks up to him the most. Just kill me already, I don't want to see that.
As for Armin, well, imo he'll probably survive through the end but he'll use some nasty means and that's probably why he and Eren won't be as good friends as in the beginning by the end of the series.

Tbh, I really wanted the original ending, sure it would be traumatic and after sticking so long with the series it'll probably drag me down and leave me dead for the rest of my life. However, it's something to expect from a series like this. When I paused the video of the first episode and saw someone that resembled Levi my heart broke and then, even if I didn't realize right away, there was Eren and my mind made up so many scenarios that I'd rather never thought of.
You'd probably wonder why I still want this as an ending but well...I do but in addition to that I want to see them reincarnated, everyone alive and happy, that'd be my perfect ending uwu

I have only watched up to part 6 though because only those are subbed and the others are nowhere to be found but I hope another one comes out soon^^

I definitely think the dream at the beginning will have some relevance. After all, they wouldn't have put it there for no reason.

I can see Armin dying; Eren will have motivation to see life outside the walls.

Well, the dream at the beginning was only in the anime and was supposed, other than the fall, to foreshadow the ending of the series. Not sure why Isayama decided to do this but it was there. What I don't understand yet is the uniform and the toys which I think belong to the girl in Eren's dream and maybe something about Historia too? since she appeared to know her as well. Moreover, I agree that the dream has some relevance, like in the manga [ Eren saw Mikasa saying "See you later Eren" ] but I don't think it's a time loop. Maybe time travel? or just a dream all along (my least favorite version tbh)

Maybe he's in a crystal like Annie and we now see what he's been through all the while before he decided to lock himself away into the crystal. It's a popular theory that I can see it happening.

to join the depressing death theory train, i think that armin would be the only one left in the shiganshina trio, mikasa and eren dying in some way, maybe one of their deaths protecting him. and if armin made it to the ocean, he would probablly go back and describe it to their graves or something, after all, armin is the narrator.

on a better note, i just watched the dub of episode fourteen and i didn't realise how much i'd missed their voices. I squealed when captain shorty spoke, and did the same for when [censored] glasses spoke.

I'm kinda thinking the same about Armin. Since he is the narrator maybe he's the only one who survived to tell the story and that could have been possible if we got the first ending. Isayama said he wouldn't make it as traumatic as the first but Armin staying alive all on his own is traumatic too xD
I really don't want an ending with one survivor because that would kill me. Especially if it's Eren or Levi (which I doubt) because he always saw the people around him die and in the end he couldn't save a single soul. Like no I don't need this, bye.
