another hopeless attempt to pitch a plot.

Postby seashell. » Sat Sep 28, 2013 12:51 pm

it's years later and the avengers have come and gone. The city has erupted in chaos. The agents of SHIELD are looking for new recruits.

Basically, a whole troop of loser heroes with near useless powers tries out to be the new avengers. They aren't much, but they're all the city has to offer. Over time, they grow into real heroes.

good? yes? i thought so too. ovo

omg Glassea I stalk you!

whaaaaaat? I said nothing.

They need to be really unusual powers. Like the ability to communicate with inanimate objects or the ability to glow. Or maybe to taste things you look at....hmmm. I need some creative assistance!

Useless powers?

I have the perfect one. Double-jointed pinkie fingers. Long story. It's a bit of an inside joke between me and my friends. XD

Or what about 'food-bending'? Like elemental powers but with food instead of fire, water etc.?

if we're discussing creative powers, i think my best and derpiest one was the ability to burp and fart at the same time, on command. can you do that? didn't think so.

but if we're being serious here then odd forms of levitation is always fun
like whatever you touch with your pinkie toe levitates to a height of exactly eight feet before dropping back to earth
what did i tell you about the random abilities

and ermahgawsh a stalker like <333

:o the legendary furp! So it is real!

What if we brought in powers similar to those of teen titans? Like someone who can shapeshift into some ridiculous animal....Like a unipurtle.

What about a coral shifter? Or an earthworm shifter? Not exactly unusual, but still pretty useless for fighting.

EDIT: WAIT. What if there was a guy with math powers? Like the ability to divide by zero or something to that effect?
He would be called MATHMAN.
Faster than a speeding calculator, more powerful than a logarithmic function...

Here's what I've got so far:

a boy that glows in the dark

a girl that turns into a human fish every time water touches her. {I would be-steal this one, since i'm a dolphin.}

a boy that can communicate with trees and plants

a girl that can turn any surface into a mirror.

a boy who can change the color objects.
