I have been reading this incredibly entertaining book. I'm not one to read fiction (nor do I fangirl over it), but this is really creative. I got it a long time ago, though I have just recently begun to read it. It's a little bit on the small side, however the other books in the trilogy seem to be thicker. It's called 13 Treasures. Very, very good.

To put it simply, a girl disappeared in the woods many years ago; her name was Morwenna Bloom. A girl named Tanya (whom has 'the sight') discovers that the girl was taken into the fae realm many years ago when she wandered the woods, and actually was not murdered by Fabian's grandfather. It is now up to Tanya to rescue Morwenna, but she cannot tell others about the faeries. If she does so, they will punish her. Only others who have the sight would understand, but Fabian is the only friend Tanya has. Tanya's entire world is shrouded in mystery.

This book inspired me to bring back the fantasy role-plays. What ever happened to the Spiderwick Chronicles? Or The Golden Compass? Or even Narnia? These things defined my childhood! I was a dreamer, I had imaginary friends, and I was the princess of my own world. I could do anything. I miss those days when the world held so much wonder, and everyday was a new adventure.

I am always ignored on this thread :(

Favorite type of RP: My favorite types of roleplays are ones based off books I have read, like Harry Potter or Warriors.
Roleplay sample:
Flamefur pushed her way through the bushes surrounding her clan's camp and headed into the forest. Her paws moved silently across the leaves on the forest floor as she tasted the air for prey. It was almost leaf-bare, the hardest season for the clan due to sickness and lack of prey. Flamefur looked around, feeling disappointed that there was no sign of prey. The clan had caught very little prey over the past few days and they really needed more, especially with Featherkit and Snowpaw sick with greencough. Flamefur was just about to leave and see if there was any fish in the river when she heard a twig snap. The young she-cat froze, listening. As she tasted the air, she suddenly realized that there was no scent of prey. Instead only the scent of ForestClan. Her eyes narrowed. ForestClan cats should not be in her clan's territory. Suddenly she heard a cat yowl and two ForestClan warriors emerged from the bushes. One of them was a brown tom, the other was a light grey she-cat. "Prey stealer!" the tom hissed. There was no time to react before the she-cat sprang towards Flamefur and pinned her to the ground. The cat hissed at Flamefur. "Your clan is a bunch of prey stealers!" The she-cat's bright green eyes shone in anger.

The tom walked over to them. "We didn't steal anything!" Flamefur hissed. "Now get off our territory!" Flamefur pushed the she-cat away and sprang to her paws. "I don't think so. This is our territory now," the tom replied. Behind him, about ten more cats emerged from the bushes. Flamefur's eyes widened in surprise. There was only about four clan cats in the group, the rest were ones Flamefur had never seen before. "Let's go!" the tom called, looking back at the bushes. He looked at Flamefur. "Stay out of our way, kittypet." He dashed into the forest, heading towards camp. The she-cat glared at Flamefur for a few more seconds before following her leader and the rest of the cats.

Any semi-lit/lit RPs you have: I don't have any at the moment, but I'm planning on trying to make one soon.

anyone up for a harry potter marauders era thing? it could start in pretty much any year, and it could be 1x1 or a small/medium group (if it's a group- which is probably more likely, considering-, i'll have slots with small bits of things predetermined; "gryffindor; the marauders' fangirl", etc.) but i'm just seeing if there'd be any interest? it'd probably be a looser rp, just one average length para minimum or something, and it'll be on as.
