I've been working on making some digital artwork of my automaton character, Cab, and after three hours, I give up.

the whole thing going on in her "gums" is gonna be going on in that gap in her head.
I'd say skull, but technically her "skull" is a thin plate of lead molded inversely to the underside of the steel plates on her head. A steel piece on her wig clasps over the gap of wires and cogs.
