How you yall pick personalities for your characters?
Depends, it's a mix of looks and background. I got one character who looks evil but I made him more maniputive, I got another that looks spiritual so he's like a white stag, no major magic but thought to posses it. But characters that I've rped are heavily based on regions of origin and history.

Well, I always do history first.
Simply because a history usually shapes how one would act, if you think about it. If they've had a bad history, they're probably not gonna be the nicest of people. Or, they might be, but because they know how it feels, or whatever.
After I figure out the history, I usually pick three good traits, major good, I mean, and then three major bad traits. From there I branch it off and add accordingly to make the character well rounded.

OK, so, I am in need of roughly 700 500 dA points for my dream character, hopefully. I am taking offers on all of my characters here, selling whatever is in my gallery, & I might do designs for 1 dA point each, but I'm not very good. xD I can also compose little pieces of music, just notes, no lyrics, for 1 dA point per 10 measures, & also write acrostic poems & sonnets for 1 or so points. ^.^

I'm selling characters on my site for dA points or possibly CS pets. Here's the link. Characters in the for sale tab are all open for offers and some minor/secondary human and canine characters might be for sale as well.
Also, I'm advertising this character design contest that I'm holding since I would really love to get more entries. First prize is $25 which can be converted into C$ or dA points, if you win and would like the USD option, you must contact me on dA about it. If you don't feel like entering, you can get 5 dA points if you advertise it in your journal. ^^

I've now added notes on all character pages stating the restrictions for resales put on each one by the previous seller. If a character is listed as "Cannot be resold", that usually just means that it cannot be sold for USD/points but can be traded for other characters or CS pets (I do still need clarification on this from some artists since it varies from person to person). If there are no restrictions put on a character, that does not mean that the character is definitely for sale, it just means that I am allowed to sell it.

I also have dA point commissions open (art and custom character designs) since I need to earn more points after buying an expensive character. Look in my gallery for examples and PM me if you are interested or would like to see more examples (many of the designs that I've created aren't in my gallery since I don't usually post them).
