That's awfully considerate of you & entirely up to you.
I used to not enter the contests for that same reason, but figured I could at least enter and join in the fun of dressing my pet up & if I did happen to win, I would just forfeit my prize and let the contest host give it to the next "runner-up".
Every member should have the chance to have fun & participate in the contests regardless if you already have the "prize pet" or not.

I started dressing up my new PPS Pony! I know a lot of you enjoy dressing up these little ones, but I find it more difficult than dressing up the pps pups ~ most items aren't compatable with them.
It's still a W.I.P. ~ I think O.o
