Yeah, I mean, look at Redtail. He was tortoiseshell, yet somehow, he managed to father Sandstorm. Has anyone noticed, but when Redtail died, Sandstorm didn't seem to be grieving?

I think the Erins made in up as they went along so they probably didn't even know Redtail was Sandstorm's father themselves until later in the series, I'm guessing that's why Sandstorm didn't show any grief when he died.

I agree with the infertile tortoiseshell thing, also, anyone noticed how dangerous rats are in the series? Cats are supposed to hunt and kill rats not the other way round!

I wish Cinder X Lionblaze work out! And, I am kinda doubting Dove X Tiger now too!

;3 If I recall correctly, the Erins never actually stated that Redtail was Sandstorm's father -- it's only on the "official" site, which, Kate Cary informed us all on her blog, is not as acurate as it may seem.
