My main point is the pose of the adoptable and the photo match and that's why I'm lead to believe it's stolen.
I'm going to notify the doll maker and get in touch with CS staff. Don't take it personal, but this looks like species theft and that's not okay.

Before causing any trouble, I think you need to contact BOTH Artist...
Because you don't know if you could be defending, someone who may have been the one to Steal the idea and just create the Figure.
