I keep seeing URL pages that have something to do with daemons. It's very odd...usually the sites have nothing to do with daemons at all. One was a email that was from 2007 on my sister's extremely old Gmail account today. Very odd.

Im new to dæmonism but very interested so I think I'm going to follow this thread :3
I read HDM a few years ago and found myself imaging I had a dæmon/having conversations with it.
I think I will try projecting my dæmon tonight and see what happens, I feel a very stong connection to the idea of dæmons.
I have no idea what gender it's gonna be, or what their name will be, or if its settled or not so wish me luck

They are to do with daemons, but not "dæmons" as we use/think of them. Link. Daemon is a thing in computing. Mailer-daemons and all that.

Ah, alright. I was one very confused person there for a while. xD I don't know much about computing, sooo...that would explain it, haha. Thanks.

well, I have a dæmon, I now know that its unsettled because it kept changing between a barn owl and yellow throated marten ( along with a few other random forms because it amused me)

just a quick question though
I know dæmons are usually the oppostie gender than you, but I just can't seem to tell, Is it possible for dæmons to be androgynous ?
or is that generally looked down upon.

Uh, I'm not really sure about your question, sorry. I don't see why it would matter, but maybe it'd be better to ask a more 'experienced' daemon. :'3

Daemons are whatever gender-or-lack-thereof you are comfortable with. Mine is genderless with male pronouns for convenience, there's nothing wrong with your daemon being androgynous.

I used to be able to do it with a snap of my fingers (figuratively speaking) but I just can't seem to do it anymore. Does anyone have a suggestion that might help me? I've read up on Daemon sites, but no one really has a clear answer.

After projecting the same marten for years without change, projecting other things (especially birds) became weirdly difficult, so I spent some time on Youtube looking up videos of different species and then trying to replicate their movements in my mind's eye immediately after. Give that a try?
