Yeah, I figured as much but did read that they can be social, I thought? Dx Then again it was close to four in the morning and I haven't slept in three days so whooooo0o0oo0o0o000o

Which two mongoose species, mokapi? It only makes sense to like mongooses for someone you also like dhole/AWD [n.b highly social wild dogs] for if the mongoose species in question are highly social mongooses [i.e. from the list above].
I had been looking into the yellow and Egyptian varieties- nothing from the analyses screamed "lol loner" so I just took them as social.

Mongooses are so super badass and you don't darned mess with them or they will eat your face, burning fiery passion firebending hero badass flaaaaames! Yeahhh, flaaames" thing comes from. They're mongooses, not ~*~mongooses~*~. The ~*~mongoose~*~ notion bothers me and I disagree with it.
I'm not exactly well versed in the ~*~mongoose~*~ way, but I didn't like them for the sake of being mongooses. Dx There were other reasons I can't remember now, but I still like dhole better. I need to learn vibes- can anyone explain what a smaller animal (i.e. mongoose instead of dhole) vibe is? >.> BECAUSE ALL I KNOW IS HE'S NOT A TREEFOX.
