I wouldn't peg hyenas as goofballs, but I would consider them the sorts of people who are playful with those they care about, or like. I am of course not basing this off any great knowledge of hyenas, but off the fact that when Edie came over we spent ages putting my Yowies together and playing with them. Also I am presuming that Edie likes me in this case. Maybe hyenas play with little plastic animals with people they want to eat.

Quizzes are awful and I will punch anyone who decides they settle as their Quizilla quiz result. They really only include noble ~*MAJESTIC*~ carnivores anyway (wolves, foxes, lions, bears, etc)

As for the dumb quiz, I got sheep. Which naturally goes "LOL UR A FOLLOWER" which is crap because I'm so non-hierachical it hurts.

The questions have so little to do with personality it can't even count as form finding. What I'm having for lunch has nothing to do with my personality.

Lolquizzes. It didn't even have what I would answer to most of the questions. Which is my main pet peeve with personality quizzes. P:

I got hawk. That's just terribly specific. It's not like there are like nine thousand species of hawk, noooo, there's just one type of hawk that looks deceptively like a red tailed hawk. Or something. I'm kind of tempted to change what color I put and see if it changes the results. Let's see....P: Nope, no change, darn. I wanted my love of blue instead of orange to change me from a hawk to a wolf.

I always get sheep or goat on these things. The descriptions are always a bit off and don't even match true sheep or goats, lol.
That color question made me go 'wth?'
The sports question didn't have an 'I hate sports' option.
and the food question left me with a limited choice since I'm a vegetarian. Of course I'm going to choose salad out of that, I don't eat those other foods. XD
Of course those were all irrelevant anyway, still made me laugh though.

The highly social mongooses: dwarf mongoose, yellow mongoose, banded mongoose, suricate [meerkat], long-nosed kusimanse [and presumably the other three kusimanses, too].

Which two mongoose species, mokapi? It only makes sense to like mongooses for someone you also like dhole/AWD [n.b highly social wild dogs] for if the mongoose species in question are highly social mongooses [i.e. from the list above].

I had been looking into the yellow and Egyptian varieties- nothing from the analyses screamed "lol loner" so I just took them as social.

Re: mongooses, I fail to see where the "omg mongooses are fiery spitfire passionate heroes, passion, passion, flaaames! Mongooses are so super badass and you don't darned mess with them or they will eat your face, burning fiery passion firebending hero badass flaaaaames! Yeahhh, flaaames" thing comes from. They're mongooses, not ~*~mongooses~*~. The ~*~mongoose~*~ notion bothers me and I disagree with it.

I'm not exactly well versed in the ~*~mongoose~*~ way, but I didn't like them for the sake of being mongooses. Dx There were other reasons I can't remember now, but I still like dhole better. I need to learn vibes- can anyone explain what a smaller animal (i.e. mongoose instead of dhole) vibe is? >.> BECAUSE ALL I KNOW IS HE'S NOT A TREEFOX.
