I asked for a request on da, now they have edited the journal and want 150da points for the request, as apparently requests are only for non oc's. this is more of a rant than anything, I don't want to pay that for the sketch

While we are on the topic of requests, I thought requests were free? While commissions were the ones you had to pay for?

Requests are free, commissions are paid. If I were you I I would apologise for the misunderstanding, and link them to here to show that you had no idea they were expecting a payment: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 905AAfwlzW

If you want to placate them and like the art, you could offer to pay them a smaller amount and say that it's all you can offer them, and that you had no idea you were expected to pay since it was advertised as free so you didn't realise you needed more.

Charries can be expensive enough as it is without dealing with surprises like this.
