We can't depend on searching through said users posts and gallery to judge and confirm whether or not they're qualified as a good owner. They could be active with their characters outside of CS for all we know. And even if they're not, what business is it of ours? It's their character, they have their rights to it.

An older rare {'10} to even multiple rares and Advent Lists. It really depends... But I'd do an older rare or two.. or three... x-x'
