No, sadly they're both the main enemies in the last arc of GNG, and GDW. /=

If I can get ahold of a scanner I'll scan off the remainder of GNG in which you can meet Gaia. (It's quite easy to follow along with, even if Japanese.)
Until then you could always seen their character profiles, and see what their antics were.
