Well...I conquered that fear yesterday. My mom bought me a MLP:FiM T-shirt, and I wore it outside my own house for 7 hours. I got a couple weird stares from people; but I just smiled and nodded my head at them as I walked past. No one made fun of me; no one questioned me. My mom had to go to Target, so I went along with her and looked at the new shipment of ponies that had just arrived. I bought a Target Exclusive Wysteria, and she's BEAUTIFUL. X) Anyway, as I was in the MLP:FiM section of the store, these three little girls came squealing up to the aisle, and totally freaked out when they saw the Equestria Girls doll that was in the wrong place, just sitting with the rest of the pony merchandise. I calmly pointed out that there were more underneath the shelf where the doll was incorrectly sitting; and the girls bent over and looked in and freaked out some more. X) It was totally cute. I just smiled and observed them, holding the last Wysteria pony available for purchase. One of the girls looked at me strangely, but I just smiled and waved at her. She scampered off shortly after that.
I guess I'm just really happy that I overcame my fear of being made fun of in public; I mean, I know that I can EASILY win an argument with ANY person who makes fun of me for liking MLP:FiM - I am very good at arguing my point, especially when it's about something I care about - but I've never had to do anything like that before, and I feared actually having to do that. Turns out, most people don't care that I wear MLP:FiM shirts. They just stare and walk away.Ashes7 wrote:Hey guys, what's your favourite mlp background character?
