@Penguino
Aw, it sucks when people think that, especially when you saved up for a long time to get them >:(
...and so the lion fell in love with the lamb...

Yea, I've had my oldest one for. I think 6 years? I'm not completely sure.

Username: Alice Liddell

Favorite dolls: Madame Alexander

Any dolls you own?
The only dolls I have owned, cherished, and adored since I was little were the Madame Alexander.
The first one I ever got I named Alexandra (Get it? Take off of the name Alexander) Then I have given the rest the most beautiful names I could've thought of.

Name; Porcelain
Reason; Her features are so smooth, so I thought the name Porcelain would fit her perfectly.

Name; Anastasia
Reason; Her slight make-up, her button nose, and her eyes were so beautiful, Anastasia was a name as pretty as she was.

Name; Stephanie
Reason; She looked like a Stephanie....

Name; Alisha
Reason; She looked so much like my friend Alisha from school. that flawless personality look.

Name; Allison
Reason; Allison was what I always wanted to name my daughter.

Name; Alice Liddell
Reason; She had black hair, green eyes, and a pretty dress with tights. Just like Alice from the game Alice

Name; Penny
Reason; I found a little stack of ten pennies behind the doll's box

Name; Katy
Reason; she looked like Katy Keene from the Archie Comics

it was so much fun naming them,
The one Alice I got from my grandmother not too long ago (thought I'd mention that because Alice came out two years ago)

@Alice
Wow, those are some lovely names! I think Madame Alexander dolls are adorable :) I have one but she's only a few inches tall. I also used to love the happy meal Madame Alexanders xD
Are your dolls like collector ones or ones you can play with? I know Madame Alexander makes both.

@Penguino
Cool! I've had my American Girl for nine years now.
