that was the first time I ever cried from a tv show. Rose was my first companion, and she will always be special. I don't know if I can handle the feels with her on the 50th!

What if they were fossilized people from around episode 3 with nine and rose where people were given every disease and they wanted to touch people but kept killing them? And the weeping angels were them in the future but they time traveled back in time to where the doctor is because they wanted to touch him?

Maybe someone created them and gave them their powers, but all they really want is friends because they hate being lonely. However, they can' even touch people without sending them back in time. Or maybe they're like the Handbots, and they think they're doing people a favor by zapping them into the past.
