Guys guys guys I've been watching Classic Who... and oh my goodness, Four is fantastic x3

Don't kill me, but I think he's replacing Ten as my second favorite Doctor. xD

I really want to watch the classics but I'm afraid they will start replacing 10 as my fav. And I'll start getting obsessed with them, and I don't think I'm ready for the fangirl/fandom cycle to start again. ;A;

People keep telling me I'm not a real Whovian if I don't watch the classic series, which I disagree with. I think you can be a real whovian even if you have only watched one of either series. It makes me really sad to see Whovians bullying each other because they didn't watch the original series.

    I think you're a Whovian whether you've seen one episode or them all. If you love Doctor Who, then who's to say what you are or not? It's a shame that people have been saying that about you, Bad Wolf Kess. Ignore them. If you want to watch the original series that's your choice, but there are definitely enough episodes to work with in the reboot.

Yeah, so long as you love some part of the series, I'd say you're a whovian. It does kind of almost feel like I'm a 'real' whovian though, now that I've seen at least bits and pieces from both the new who and the classic who.

The Classic who is a little hard to watch if you aren't attached to teh character. The special effects in the 70s (where I'm at with Four) aren't exactly... impressive xD But he's so doctorish, he has that grin, slightly insane, but wonderful grin that forces you to smile along with him. And his lines xD He's definitely my favorite Doctor from Classic Who, so far. xD I want a scarf like his...

That is the same for me and Star Trek (getting off topic a bit), but I've only seen the new movie and I consider myself a Trekkie. It should be the same for Whovians. I've never seen anyone around where I live get 'bullied' like that. though I have been bullied like that for the whole Trekkie thing.

I know the feeling. It's like with my sister. She claims that she's Sherlocked, but my older sister doesn't think so because she's only seen a fraction of a single episode. It's incredibly very not nice for people to bully you; both of you, especially with Doctor Who and Star Trek. It only takes one glimpse, be it movie or episode, and you're hooked on them. Magic of fandoms.

Haha, magic of fandoms! And even if you think someone isn't a full fan, you shouldn't bully or say that to them, let them have fun! Just like my friend, he's only seen up to season 2 but I don't bag on him for calling himself a true Whovian.

And it is kind of a self induced thing for me, I wouldn't call myself a Wovian until I saw every episode of the New Who.

And I'm feeling borderlined with Star Trek, I love it and I call myself a Trekkie, but I know people get annoyed or jealous because I haven't even seen the 2009 movie. And I get that annoyed/jealous feeling about Sherlock and Doctor Who fans who haven't seen very much of it, though i think they have the right to call themselves a Trekkie, Sherlocked, or Whovian and they can easily become a part of the fandom by watching a few minutes of it, but I would never say it to someone.
