I've seen a few spoilers regarding River, and Clara.

Someone said that River kills herself to save the Doctor, and Clara travels back into time, but ends up dying twice in order to save the Doctor.

um River can't die yet or I don't think they would have meat

She supposedly eradicates herself from his history, as she's a danger to him. She did give her regenerations to him, though, so she can die.

It did indeed happen. In the one episode where Ten meets River, in the Vashta Nerada episode, she does kill herself to save him.
And I'm sorry Box, I'll get right on.

As other people mentioned River has already died =P And on the topic of Clara, we know she's coming back in season eight so unless she just continues as a companion who can't ever die it seems like it wouldn't make sense for her to die once in the fiftieth let alone twice

-> On another topic who's excited for this Sat. episode? =D We get to see River, find out what's going on with Clara, and can murder Moffat if he actually tells us what the Doctor's name is.
