How many characters is too much, in your opinion? When do you know it's time to downsize?
Well, I've got exactly 332 characters and I love and use them all [I regularly write about and draw them]. I'd say you have too many characters when you can no longer give each character the love and attention it needs, or when you start feeling overwhelmed.
