Do you believe that it's necessary to only have a particular amount of characters? Why or Why not?

Nope! Doesn't matter. I'm just bothered when people forget them completely, use them or not. Some people, however, want to have characters and use them, and don't feel like they're using the character well if they have so many and want to cut down. Some people think a good design deserves to get art and that it's a bit selfish for them to keep it when they know they won't use it. It's all up to personal preference.

If you have 24,601 characters and are okay with it, cool. No one's making you get rid of any of them, or do anything with them at all, and if they think everyone else should follow their personal standards for characters they can stuff it.

For me, kind of. I have limited space in my character thread, but of course that could be fixed. Other then that, I don't mind having lots of characters, as long as I still feel connected to them.

Well, I've come to the conclusion that I want to sell one of the first characters that I ever made. Would anyone be interested in purchasing this character?

Art by iamthephonebook. His name is Malware and he has two other pieces of art (although one is in a group picture with other characters of mine, so you'd have to crop him out) and the original version of this reference is much larger, I just resized it so that it would be more convenient for posting here. I am looking for either dA points or a character swap for him. I do care for him since he was one of my first characters, but I simply have no use for him, am not as fond of the design as I used to be and think someone else might enjoy him more. Please PM me with your offer if you would be interested in buying him. I understand that the design isn't great and he doesn't have any very high quality art, so I'm not looking for high offers, just PM me whatever you'd be willing to pay for him.

I am also considering selling this character as well. I originally made him for myself but never really cared for him too much.
