Say you were going for Kiamara 95 and this was your form. What would you change about it? How would you suggest to improve it?

I would center the text, just because I feel like centered text makes things neat and easier to read.
I would also bold parts of the form.. Such as..

Username: SOTE IS COOL
Name: Something

I think the little tibits of the personality is cool and everything but I think a little long story
might help you out, just because stories require thought and time. Since your form is a little
on the heavy side, I might advise on only post pictures that are relevant. Or link some pictures
to keep your form looking nice and polish/professional you know? I hope I helped somehow!

{First, I would focus on making your form look more appealing to the eye .
For example, bold or underline the questions, and add a space or significant amount of
room, then put an answer .

Another thing is, for images, I would use a link instead .
In my opinion, over-sized images/links/gifs/etc make me feel
like the form is clustered .

I'd change everything. xD.
Add color.
Center.
Don't use ' : ', use .: [Question] :. or [Question] ;;, or even Q u e s t i o n
Put the answer under the question.
Use italics for answers, and underline or bold for questions.
I understand what its like to LOVE a character, and I would be happy to help you with your form. I'd even make it pretty myself and give you the codes xD
And use links for gifs / photos :3

If anyone's looking for some character adoption form ideas, I'm happy to share some of my winning forms. Only one of them had competition but if you are in need of inspiration it can't hurt to look at them anyway, especially as they all turned out rather different. I hope these help you guys out with some ideas for format or content.
