Shingeki no Kyojin is like, humans exist, but they're on the brink of extinction, because there are these Giant human-like creatures called Titans, which appeared on the Earth, and feed on people. The human race is now confined to a kind of circular Castle with 3 walls, and of course the politic's thing, where the most important are on the inner wall, the "food stock" on the outer wall.
The walls have help against the Titans for a century, but one day, two new Titans appear, much bigger than the rest. One has no skin, the other has "armor". They knock down the outer wall and the smaller Titans (still huge) flood in and massacre the outer ring.

The main characters I say are Eren, Mikasa and Armin.
It's only just started so I don't really want to add a profile of the characters ;s
I guess that's kind of the jist of it, it's 5 episodes right now, the 6th is out some point on Sunday :L
The feels you get from the characters are just, omg ;3;

O: Is it like the Titan's Wrath in English? Something like that? Because I saw a preview for it and I've been meaning to watch it

After losing my place in Nabari no Ou, I've had to reread the whole series. Sadly, my library only had the first book on stock. It's going to take me a long time to finish these series.
I've had to do the same thing with Pandora Hearts, but I think I was only on book two anyway. ((I can't help imagining the Chesire Cat with L's voice and Xerxes Break's with Grell's!))

This use to happen to me a lot whenever I dropped a series for too long. It's very annoying. I read most of my mangas online now, so I can just bookmark the page and come back to it later.

I can see Chesire with L's voice, but I would imagine Break with the Undertaker's voice then with Grell's. Their personalities are much more similar.

It's becomes even more intense as the chapters progress. Seeing that you are only a few chapters away from catching up with the series, I can only wish you good luck in finishing them. I don't want to give away any spoilers.
