JIB {Jewels in Black} is a secret organization {similar to MIB} that moderates aliens/martians/e.t. life on planet Earth. It is similar to the humans' MIB, with their weapons and utilities. A new orgin of life has spotted Earth, and it isn't human. JIB suspects it is alien life form, searching to dominate the human race on Earth. What could these martian maniacs want with this planet? Or is it who they want...
