Wow, incredibly slow thread today. I think this is the first time the CAAA has been off of my first page of "My Posts".
Gorgeous character, TrippShep! Congrats! If I'm not mistaken, that's the design that I was complimenting the other day. ;u;

I'm thinking about holding a character designing contest... I've held one in the past, and it was loads of fun to host. I'm just not sure how many people would enter.

Well.. If you want some good people to enter (Unless you have friends that you wouldn't ming getting a design from c;) You may want to put in a few rares for the first place, or even a very rare and something else like an 08 or 09 uncommon. Second place probably just one rare and an 08 or 09 uncommon. And then you should probably make a prize pool.. Every one who enters gets one pet, third gets 2, second gets 3 pets and 5 gets 4 or something like that. Though if you get a lot of entries, make sure you update the prize pool. You also probably want to make your ideas specific, people tend to go for it more if they read something and right away they get a design and accessories running through their head. So that means you probably want to put the prizes near the end :'D My winning design was for my fursona here:

Yes! The grand prize was a 2008 Light Leopard Dog, a very rare store dog, and a rare/very rare rat, as well as four rare pets from a prize pool of their choice except for the other ones that were already labeled for the other placed spots. ^^
