It's easy to see that's fake, because the words and music don't even fit in with their lips. And there are clips of Gotta Be You(Zayn in the car) in between so obviously its a fake. ^^ Plus it says Nail Horan in the credits in the front LOL!
And like the others said, its the wrong VEVO account.
