Reason for wanting to join: My one remaining Aunt has just beeen diagnosed with terminal cancer............. this is the 3rd time she has had the disease. She lost one of her breasts and half of the other a load of years back. She then had major heart surgery a few years back, although cancer free. But now has just been diagnosed with this curse and this time she has refused treatment. I'm all at odds with how to react - do I try to make her fight it? Or just respect her wishes? I dunno - but I personally am not dealing with it very well. I applaud Kats braveness in the midst of all of her troubles, as well as commiserate with her friends and family in their sadness. I hope that one day this awful, awful disease can be conquered.

Reason for wanting to join: I never really knew Kat, but I wish I had. .-. But I've lost a dog, and uncle to Cnacer, though I never cryed for my uncle as I was too young to understand what had happened and why they were burying a 'crate' and why we had to be so quiet. So I know how it feels to have lost someone, so I just want to show soem support for family and friends really. <3
