Does anyone know if there's a way to find out how much money you've spent in the Nookling store?

Because I know Gracie only appears when you've spent a certain amount at the Nookling store. I think I might be close, but i'm not sure. ;;

get the amount - go on a spending spree, put rest in mail, next day get it out of the letter and spend

Anabelle plopped herself in the most lovely spot, right next to Pudge. Now I'm just waiting for Molly to ping and as long as my next villager doesn't plot anywhere stupid I should be golden. Anyone want to adopt Molly? She's got an Elegant umbrella, happy home gold trophy, and some other unique stuff as I'm writing this :3

How do you adopt a villager?

I've never done it either, but to adopt out a villager, you must have less than the maximum number of villagers (10) and go to the other person's town when their villager is packing up and have boxes in their room. You can suggest for them to move to your town at this time. This does not work for villagers in someone else's campsite, though.Basically, you do the same thing that you do at the campsite, but in someone else's town.
