No sorry, my roses haven't spawned any yet. If they weren't so rare I would decorate with them since blue is my favorite color.

I wish I got more letters from mother ;-; whenever she does write though they're always really random and contain normal fruit. I wish I could send letters to her as well xD .

Does anyone know how to obtain their native perfect fruit? I had one once but can't remember if I ate it, sold it or tried to plant it but failed xP .

You can obtain it from a tree. They're a different color and easy to identify, they can be hard to find.
If you plant one, it will only grow perfect fruit, and can be sold for a lot of bells.

I have many flowers in my town, as my official town flowers are Tulips and Roses. I have a random area of flowers I don't need (To keep my Perfect Town Status) and flowers I do need so I can spread the around.

Once I get my golden watering can, I'll start getting rid of my flowers I don't need either by selling them, or giving them away Not sure and once I get my golden axe, I'm going to be chopping my trees down and rearranging my town.

I've been breeding Roses to get Pink and Blue but not getting any luck yet.
