i dont know if the question is particularly clear or not (since i doubt myself a lot and all)
but if it helps, my page-making system is generally this:
after finishing a page, i take the next day off from page-drawing
then the day after that, i spend a while planning the next page before making a start
and i generally aim to make at least one panel per day

As I post a page I'm too lazy to draw Another, and I growing so tired of my comic, I suppose to post a page every friday, but school first. So I often works on the pages at thursdays and fridays.

i'm a procrastinating maniac that makes pages when i feel like it...
yeah it tiz a very bad habit, i might have a day were i post a page or if i'm busy or something else comes up i'll work on a page

I plan everything EXACTLY.
I plan the exact days they will be sent out.
EVEN THE EXACT TIME
THEY ALL HAVE MEANING
