Well actually what I did was draw each frame of animation on a layer in oekaki, as you can see below what it looks like in one big blob

And then pretty much I had to save each layer on to my computer, which took a lot of really annoying time, and then I went to Iaza.com and edited each picture on to a stamp base. Lastly I went to this site and put all the stamp pictures into animation. It takes quite a bit of time, but that's how I did it. :P
