Well hello there and welcome to the How I Met Your Mother fanclub c:
This idea originally came from some PM's tossed around between me and Legen-waitforit-Dary.
It seemed like a good idea at the time and so.. here we are.

The rules are very simple and you should be able to handle them.
- Legen-waitforit-Dary and I own this.. { not much of a rule but.. :3 }
- Don't spam.. plez? :3
- Feel free to voice opinions but don't go around bashing.
- Keep the bad language to a minimum?
- Pictures are fine but don't spam the crazy out of them.

This is just a simple summary on who plays who and how they feature..
Alyson Hannigan - Lily Aldrin
Lily is often portrayed to be the most morally-inclined member of the five-some. She is rarely impressed by Barney's antics, shows a consistent dislike for people not being true to themselves and is often horrified by the use of bad language. Of the couple, Lily is the impulsive one (and is terrible at keeping secrets); Marshall is often required to be the voice of reason. Lily also appears to have a talent for subtle and covert operations among her group of friends when she feels something has to be done, as revealed in "The Front Porch". Barney has even described her as a "manipulative puppet master" and "pure evil". She is often curious about trying out new things. She finds it easy to sustain platonic friendships with both men and women, although she is usually found in the company of men (Ted, Marshall, Barney). She is also prone to a reaction at certain words; "moist" makes her shiver, while "sack" and "booger" make her laugh.
Jason Segel - Marshall Eriksen
Marshall Eriksen has been Ted Mosby's best friend since 1998, when the two met at Wesleyan University as undergraduates. He is currently married to the love of his life and fellow Wesleyan alum, Lily Aldrin. Brought up in the tightly-knit community of St. Cloud, Minnesota, Marshall's inherent kindness makes him the most compassionate member of the gang. He has recently quit his job as a corporate lawyer at Goliath National Bank to pursue his dream of saving the world through environmental law. As of Challenge Accepted, Lily is found to be pregnant, and she gives birth in The Magician's Code - Part One to a boy named Marvin Wait For It Eriksen.
Cobie Smulders - Robin Scherbatsky
Robin is a news anchor for a New York cable news channel, Metro News 1, and became a host of her own morning talk show that airs at 4:00 in the morning. She lived in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn until her temporary unemployment forced her to move in with her ex-boyfriend, and the show's main character, Ted, only briefly residing with Don, her colleague and then-boyfriend. Like Smulders, she is originally from Vancouver, and has a younger teenage sister named Katie, who appears in "First Time in New York". Although she was a reporter for "fluff news pieces" at the end of news segments at the time of first meeting Ted, over the series she has worked her way up to be lead news anchor at Metro News 1, before taking a prominent anchoring position in Japan, only to return to New York and, with help from Barney Stinson, host her own talk show.
Robin has been portrayed as an independent, confident woman throughout the series. She has stated numerous times that she doesn't want to get married and have kids, in episodes like Purple Giraffe, Something Blue, Little Boys and Symphony of Illumination. She was reluctant at first to date Ted as he wanted to marry her and settle down, but got together with him anyway in the Season One finale. In the end after Kevin proposed Robin thought that she was ready until Kevin taking back that proposal for not having children ever in his life.
Neil Pattrick Harris - Barnabus 'Barney' Stinson
Harris describes Barney as a man who "likes to create crazy situations and then sit back and watch it all go down." He tends to be opportunistic and manipulative, and will attempt to manipulate a situation so that it goes his way. In the episode "Shelter Island", for example, Barney successfully convinces Robin (in whom he was exhibiting romantic interest) to come to Ted and Stella's wedding, even though it was not in the couple's best interests to do so. He is also highly competitive, and will take on "challenges" to complete (sometimes) outlandish tasks in order to prove his worth. He is proud and stubborn, and attempts to stand by his word no matter what. In "I Hate NJ", for example, he refuses to put down his fist unless someone offers him a fist bump. By the end of the episode, he has said fist elevated in a sling after struggling to keep his fist up throughout the episode. Although he thinks of himself as worldly, Barney is extremely naive at times, believing many lies his mother told him well into adulthood, such as believing that Bob Barker is his father.
Josh Radnor - Theodore Mosby
Ted, the central character of the show, was born April 25, 1978, is from Shaker Heights, Ohio (like show creator Carter Bays), a graduate of Wesleyan University (like Bays and show co-creator Craig Thomas), and an architect. After his best friend Marshall Eriksen gets engaged in the pilot episode, Ted decides to try and find his soulmate. This quest informs the general direction of the show, and Ted's relationship with the other main characters Marshall Eriksen, Lily Aldrin, Robin Scherbatsky, and Barney Stinson.
He is prone to socially questionable romantic gestures; in the pilot episode, for example, he steals a blue French horn that was a topic of conversation in his first date with Robin. In a similar vein, in "Slutty Pumpkin", he dresses up as a "hanging chad" every year for Halloween, in the hopes of meeting the "Slutty Pumpkin," a woman dressed as a jack-o'-lantern whom he once met at a Halloween party. For a time in the first season, he dates a baker named Victoria, whom he meets at a friend's wedding. She accepts a culinary fellowship in Germany, prompting a long-distance relationship, which does not last, due in large part to his persistent feelings for Robin. Ted upsets Robin by implying that Victoria broke up with him when she didn't; Ted and Robin make out before both women realize they've been deceived. Ted and Robin ultimately reconcile as friends, and, in "Come On", Ted makes one last attempt to win her over, hiring a chamber orchestra with blue instruments to play in her apartment while he makes his appeal. She finally falls for him some time later when Ted apparently summons a storm with a complicated rain dance. They date throughout the second season, breaking up in "Something Blue" upon realizing that they want different things from life.
