I was crying while i watched sherlock jump and die. Cause i pictured my best friend their cause both of us dont have an easy life. She has it worse and i pictured her jumping. So i was crying while john was at the tomb cause i thought it was my friend.

Yes, she was the one who called him. And she told him about the flight because she was working for him. That was probably something she was supposed to do for him.

And I think (I might be wrong) that Moriarty had planned to blow up the plane, which is why Mycroft had planned to fill it with dead bodies, which is why Mycroft was so angry that Sherlock had blown his cover. Either Moriarty had planned to do that or he planned to sell that information to the Americans (I think that was their involvement...)

Moriarty was planning to blow up the plane so instead of stopping it they were going to put dead bodies on the plane instead. That way they could let the whole thing happen but no one would die.
