There is no options.
For many moons, we have lived in piece since the great war that was fought in the past. Our past great leaders made a agreement to split the land into threes.
Ridgeclan; controls the rocky slope of land, carved out by the big streams long before out time. Has many species of fish and critters that come by the old river.
Meadowsclan; controls the vast meadows that is right of the Ridgeclan. Lush with greens, herbs, and small mammals that scatter among the vast openness.
Oakclan; controls the forest, the upper portion of both of the clans. Known for the old tall oaks that grow there. Many birds, squirrels, and mice live there and call it home.
Though land is becoming scarce for the 3 clans that live here. The two-legged have been approaching on our territory, building more homes and taking more land that any other creature that has lived here before. They come in swarms. Our territories are becoming more smaller, though our clans continue to grow larger. Cats were also becoming missing, if they travel to far from the territory border and into the two-legged clans, they would sometimes never return. Animals are leaving, threatened by us, and also by the two-legged. The clans are having trouble feeding their kits, and also themselves. At first, there was only one trespasser. Then another. And another. After awhile, cats from other clans were taking what little food is in others territories. Clans were becoming restless, angry at the other clans, and hungry.
That's when the war broke out. The world seemed to be flipped upside down. Its was chaotic. Is there any options?
Is there any options?
Stray
A stray has never felt the feeling of being wanted, or belonged. They are thrown out by the two-legged, either for not being cute, or they weren't cut out for the job. Their shadow is most of the time their only companion, for the strays tend to stick alone. Small pockets of stray cat groups can arise, but usually they fall since they are unstructured and no one trusts anyone. Its a dangerous life to live.
They travel from place to place, either sticking near homes, or near the borders of clans. Though now, humans are pushing them back farther from building, and some have no choice but to go into the clan territories. They are unwanted by both, the clans and the two-legged, they are on their own to meek out a living.
Housecat
Housecats have it easy. They are fed, watered, loved, and have a home to come too and live in. They never have to worry about their next meal, or the storms outside, for they have a home indoors and are well protected. Its the life to live some say, but to others, they feel trapped.
There is no excitement. Its the same day in and day out. You can't hunt, for there is not animals to hunt. You are not allowed to leave the property, or the two-legged will be upset. You are not wanted by the clans, or the strays, and you are mocked. To some, you are not even viewed as a real cat, and are shunned by them.
Most housecats learn to accept this life, and stay with it. Though others, look out through the window, or through the gates, looking at what lays ahead of them. There is a vast open world out-there, but they will never experience it.There is no options

One day, a elder cat came into the oaks.
Looked upon as a stray, the Oakclan attempted to chase him off. Though, they cat said he had news that could benefit the clan. They decided to bring him to the leader. A meeting was called upon, and all the Oakclan cats came to listen.
The old cat spoke with wisdom, telling them that the two-legged will never stop, and soon enough, there will be no land. The cats seemed to panic, looking at one another with wide eyes, but the old cat continued to speak. He spoke of a idea that could save them all; move out of the land before it was too late.
The clan of course was against the idea, but they realized they had no choice.
They had to leave.
They didn't know where to go though, for they never left their territories. North of their territory ends with a drop off, leading into a vast openness of water. To the east, and the west, their territory was either blocked off by humans or water. There only other choice is to go south, into enemy territory. Its either stay in their land until it was consumed by the two-legged, or go though enemy territory to search for a new home elsewhere. Those are the only options.
