But yeah, it's probably because you go through all the effort to get to know the character to find them a theme song and then find all that effort was wasted when you didn't get it. XD
Personally, the fact that I had chosen to use a song lyric for a story for a form wouldn't have been the reason I would be upset. It'd have been because of the fact that I'd have felt like the form was better than some of my past ones that I'd done and I was proud of all the effort, hard work, and creativity that I put into it. That would have been what would have upset me the most probably.
For example, in Nitika's story, the song lyrics were just a device to get the ball rolling for me so to speak.

And yes, of course you may read the rest of her story, I sort of added an ending to it, though I would have liked it to be a little bit better, but it works for now. Here's the link. On that note, just curious, -3B-, did you feel like the lyrics that I used for at the beginning of Nitika's story worked or fit in at all? Or do you think it would have been better off without them? Just asking because I kinda want to know what you felt about them from a judge's view point. ^^;
