I have a question -

If we send our requests in for the breeding season, do we send our payment in right away?
I want to get my three breedings in during the beginning of the season, but I may not have the money right away so I may need a few days to get it.

Plus, will HM tell us our total payment of our requested breedings after they're approved? Or does she tells us how much each breeding is and then we total up the payment?

Since this will be my first Wyrm...I want to do it right.
Do we send in our requests and wait for approval before sending payment?
Or do we need to send it immediately? Especially since I am getting a clutchmate through a third party breeding, which requires more forms I believe and makes me a little nervous about missing it XD

You have to wait until your breeding is listed as 'Approved' on the list before you send in money. You should not be sending it in before that, because your breeding hasn't been confirmed by us until you see it listed as 'Approved'.

Once it is 'Approved', you can either pay in full for your breedings, or pay a deposit. I'm not 100% certain she'll be doing deposits this season, or how much they'll be if she does.

To answer your direct question, you /can/ wait until all your breedings come through to pay.

With the breedings, I know we can add up how much each costs, but as far as shipping goes, is it the same 6/8 extra? Or more, since she'd need a bigger box/higher shipping costs?

Multiple Tea-Cups can be shipped for the same ($6.00/$7.00 International) shipping.
If you're getting a Standard, I believe it's something like $14.00 or $15.00 for shipping + insurance, and the box with a Standard can hold a Standard + multiple tea-Cups.

Yes.

Those should all be able to be shipped together, I believe, yes.
You can always double check the shipping cost with HMS once your breedings are approved.

Thanks Arazia, that's super helpful. ^^ I just wanted to double check and make sure. Hopefully the parents of all the wyrms I intend to breed will get on it soon. Do they get notified when someone asks to breed with their wyrm, or will I need to message them to approve it?

As it seems to be question time, I thought I'd chime in. Just two (hopefully) quick questions-

As I am overseas and therefore needing different posting costs, where do I tell HMS that? Would a dA note work or is there a specific place to tell her? I'm asssuming the contacting needs to be done after the breedings have been approved.

When breeding with a foundation wyrm, is it possible to have a back up breeding if the one with the foundation wyrm fails (as it is 50/50)? If so, how would you submit the breedings? The two separate and cancel the backup if the first works, or wait for the outcome of the first and then submit the backup if needed, or some other process?

Season opens in 3 days, I'm getting nervous- I hope I get the breeding forms right.
