One of my favorite parts:
Episode: The Library (Season 2 episode 10)

Katara: *raises arms, ready to fight off owl spirit*
Owl Spirit: Your water bending is useless. I've studies southern style, northern style, and even swamp style!
Sokka: *falls from roof and knocks spirit out with heavy book* that's Sokka style! Learn it!
