I just discovered that a piece of artwork that I ordered and PAID for was done on a lineart that was traced! So now I can't use it. And it was the only decent reference image I had for the character. I had to go back to displaying his temporary reference image on my character website. -_- Today has just not been my day! I'm going to try and ask for my payment back since I can't use the art now. But with the way my day has been going, they'll probably say they won't give my payment back. GAH! T_T

You can report them for that. If they refuse to give you back your payment, then tell a mod (since I'm not sure if you can directly contact Nick and Tess?)

They were already caught by Hekomi. That's how I knew the lineart they'd used was traced. Hekomi locked the thread and said that everyone who bought art needed to delete it immediately because it was art theft.

I sent the person a PM requesting they send the payment back. It was just a few recent uncommon pets, but that's kind of beside the point. I paid them to provide me with art that I could use - not to provide me with traced work that I can't use now because it was traced. If I don't get a response from them within the next few days, then I will report to a mod about it.
