Wow, I am loving the new info in the codex! Congrats to all who have gotten an Elkrin, and happy 600 pages everyone! I can't wait to see the Direwolves and Leons, and especialy more of Eldemore!

I'm going to need another bearer.

There's no way around it, really. Tess can handle Elkrin and Runes, but she can't have another special bond, not with Rim around to stop her. Seth's really brilliant for dire wolves. But I need another.

It actually works out very well. I want to try to turn Seth into a villain rather than a good guy who acts nastily. Eldemore needs a villain, anyway. But Tess is a mommy, and Seth is dark and twisted. I need someone a little more fun to play.

So, without further ado, I would like to introduce Axel 'Ax' von Thrupp, a likable, lazy, good-for-nothing drifter with nimble fingers and a way with words.
