Fiasco, you're idea sounds quite good. ^^ I doubt I would have the time to join though -even though I have a lot of character ideas now- and I doubt you want another person. xD

Anyways, I doubt anyone has even heard of the Evils Saga, so I'm not going to elaborate on how this is totally and utterly based off it, give or take. xD So, to the point, my old RP ideas are eating at my head again.

The Yellow Kingdom(yes it's a color, the other two Kingdoms are Green and Blue) turned from bad to worse when the old queen died, pushing a fourteen-year-old princess who'd been spoiled rotten onto the throne in her place. Heavy taxes were starving citizens while nobles leech away anything they please, so long as they pleased their princess. This cruel empire lasted not long, about two years before the queen razed the Green Kingdom to the ground out of jealousy. Long-repressed citizens aided by the Empire of Blue soon rose up, and the queen and her court was brought down.
She was executed. Thus ended the royalty of Yellow, and thus began an age of insecurity. No one wanted another Yellow ruler, unsurprisingly, but then what was to rule? The previously-rebelling Yellow citizens wanted a voted-upon leader. However, in a semi-medieval world, there was no good way to count up votes, and there were far too many offered up for the position. The Kingdom of Blue wishes to rule over both their own kingdom and the remnants of Yellow. The few survivors of Green, including a princess who managed to love through the fire, have also put in their claim.
See the problems here? So. A few temporary rulers were put in place, just to maintain the very bases of order. All those who laid claim to the empire gathered in the empty Yellow Castle. While claiming to be trying to gather a public opinion, the truth is they're caught in a lull. No one can claim control without potentially causing another war, and nothing is getting done...
Other then attempted murder, sabotage, flocks of lies being told, low-standing people trying to win over the hearts of potential rulers, and a large handful of people trying to grab the empire out from under the others.
Lastly, the shock of a lifetime came for many of the people. The Yellow Queen, executed at fourteen, had a twin. The twin had served as a servant, apparently without a choice, and fled into hiding when the rebellion came, being identical to the queen herself. However, the twin is apparent a boy and nothing like the old queen, and he's back, forced out of hiding by the few remaining people loyal to the old queen. And he wants the empire too. ...And no one is really sure if this twin is who he says to be, and if he has evil plans for the other contenders.

So, the Rpers would play the people trying to claim the empire, spies, people trying to marry up or blackmail, etc etc etc. I would manage the 'twin', as he'd be the easiest way to stir things up if necessary. The idea is to mess with everyone else with appealing to the public, and potentially murder others. ^_^

But we should make an actual critiquing thread. Just for say, semi-lit - lit role-play posts and forms. I think I'll make it. Partly because I'm extremely bored and partly because people might appreciate it. ^_^ Or not. Anyone want to mini-moderate with me? If I even make it... XD

I wouldn't be mini-modding, but I'd like a thread -just- for critiquing characters. Can they not be RP characters, too? I have some story characters that I'd love some input on from y'all.

It's better if we just keep everything simple, like we have it now. The instructors there give really good critiques [except for me x_x] and you'd have to take this up with Smamm anyways c:

@Artesian: Yeah, that would be okay. ^_^ Role-play posts might be kind of hard all the time. xD I'm sure a lot of CS people, especially a few semi-lit+ club-ers would be willing to give critiques. c:

And Smamm needs to confirm it? I was not aware of this o.O It won't have anything to do with the semi-lit role-players club, really. I just figured that semi-lit+ role-players would be the biggest part in making it all happen.
