Yep. My male charries - which they usually are, becuase I always think there's a overload of girls - are always arrogant, to some extent. And are nice, but only when they open up. Jeez. I need to make something more... original? Me? Bleh. If only I could create interesting plots people would join and actually rp in without it dying before it starts...

I'm actualy all for making short forms, and enforcing them. I believe writing out tons of description and personality draws the muse out of people - including myself -, and think some of you/us would benefit from making bullet point lists. I mean, come on, we all know everyone's got a high standard of writing. We don't really need proof in pretty forms with a tonload of writing
no-one's going to read, let's be realistic.

Who's up for co-owning a hunted/powers/rebels on the run roleplay? I was thinking of it being rebels vs government - very killjoy, for any of those who know - and our charries would come together slowly, but not from the beggining. Eg. they are being chased and, to avoid being caught, jump into a chasm where other rebels are hiding?

I know, cliché.

GT: You know how you think you know
these things about yourself?
GT: Like all these personal attributes about you
as if theyre written down somewhere like a
sort of mini biography so they have to be true.
GT: So you just believe them and hope that
the believing is what makes them true.

Firstly..
Hey there! I've changed my username!
Old username: Cynic
Member Number: 224
New Username: h o r i z o n .

And secondly,
Fiasco, I actually happen to be interested in the rp you have in mind ^^ I've seen lots of roleplays of the powers/runaway type, but never actually participated in one :/ They'd always die out before we even start anything.
Oh, and I support the short forms idea c: I have an out-of-norm male character that I think would be good to have in a rp. He's really, really lazy and day-dreamish, but super intelligent... It's not out of the norm that much, but at least it's not cliché. I am also working on a girl that I might join with, but I need to figure out her personality, I'd really like to avoid the girl character cliché's, but that seems impossible for me x.x

also omg i just noticed you listen to the kooks and coldplay, i love you. i thought no one knew for the kooks on this site t_t

I normally read the personality, so that I can start bugging the owner of that character xD [Smamm knows what I do. We had a whole bunch of crud planned for MT]

Anyhow, the idea seems interesting >_> but. O really can't do large groups D: maybe a small, private group of 3-4, but I'm mostly sticking to 1x1s ---people find it easier to manage these because both partners understand the current situation of school and life Ono therefore, they don't mind waiting and the rp surviiiiiiiiiives

RP: I will survive...(I dun remember the lyrics xD)

OOH LA
SHE WAS SUCH A GOOD GIRL TO ME
OOH LA
WORLD JUST CHEWED HER UP; SPAT HER OUT

Back on topic, I would adore you two if we kept it small. Sometimes getting everyone to make forms and actually post can be hellish, whilst small rps can be sorted so much easier. Also, I always feel lazy when I'm tired, and reading through twentyfive gajilion posts is... meh. We can sort out details through PM; if anyone is interested, shoot me a message.

Gosh, Cynic/horizon. Long time no see. I love you to. Nobody know The Kooks. They were in my city and I missed theeemmmm. ;____;*fistpump to bro kooks fan*

On the topic of out of the norm characters...

My illiterate characters don't get any worse. It's always the same; skater-girl who only opens up to certain people. Bleh.

My new characters still suck [which reminds me, can I maybe have some critique??] but are a but better. They're sometimes girly, sometimes have contacts, and aren't super shy, nor super popular and attention-seeking. IDK. I think they still are crap but oh well.

hello there! i'm lithe, but feel free to call me whale, cheese, cheep, or cheetah. [yes, it's just a coincidence they all start with "ch". i'm an equestrian. c: i love sherlock, supernatural, doctor who, & so much more. i'm somewhat shy at first, so don't expect me to pm everybody. i love role-playing <3

this is a temporary signature, so i apologize for the horrid coding. cx i'm hopefully going to be getting a quality one soon!

Couldn't we do a s eperate thread for character form critiquing? Or maybe just the ability to post them on this thread? I think it would be pretty cool, and a great way to improve your characters and steer away from mary-sues or cliché or just make sure others get the right impression - the one you want to convey with your characters...
Just an idea, feel free to rip it apart in the air.
