I believe at one point they were and if the still are then they are in hiding. Humans must've scared them into hiding because of our desire to kill anything that moves -.- but I think that they are if not at one point were real. Maybe not the way we imagined them, more dinosaur like the documentary on Animal Planet.

Yeah. I can believe both ideas.
They might be hiding or just went extinct because of us.

That's the one thing I don't like about humans, they get rid of so many great animals, or at least tried too.

Oh yeah. Kill the cool animals but enough on that, if there are still dragons out there then they might be a bit smaller than their ancestors. All the buildings and land being destroyed they probably had to shrink to survive.

What do you think about the Loch Ness monster? A dragon or just a really old dinosaur who surived for a very long time? Maybe there is a family of Loch Nesses down under the water? I do believe something is in the water in Scotland.

Yep, though that might be just a family of dinosaurs that have survived everything.
If not, I'll go with some sort of dragon...

And there are more myths around where I live about large winged creatures, mainly in New Jersey and Indiana I believe.

I have heard of the New Jersey devil that is dragon like, lives in some swamp I can't remeber the name of. If you watch Lost Tapes, a show that used to come on Animal Planet, then it'll give you some more information about that.

I've seen that show. Scared the living daylights out of me, but I still watched it.

And I don't remember what swamp they said either, all that I know that it's winged.

And I hate the fact that they don't have any myths about dragons that were created within the last 300 years or so, or are there some that I haven't heard?

Most of those shows were creepy but also interesting. And nope I've never heard of any myths like that, maybe we could look up modern myths about dragons and see if the Internet has anything. Has anyone read he Dragonology books? I haven't but heard they look to be like a real book on dragons.

Yes, I have. They are quite convincing. I personally believe that dragons exist/existed, and that series is one of the strongest causes for dragons. Now, the books they sell in the stores have cheap, non-real replacements for things such as dragon dust and gemstones, but I think the original book found probably had the real things in it.
