What happened that would make you so depressed you would cut yourself and risk OD? Things always get better eventually. It's what I think of when times are bad. Just listen to some good music and wait. Good stuff is gonna happen.

i hate my depression, too. i'm under 18 as well, so no antidepressants for me, and i don't know if going to see a shrink is a good idea or not...
