I find both useful. I normally burn incense and herbs, but when I don't have them on hand, I keep a stash of herb satchels. I find Rosemary and mint the most calming and energizing, but everyone is a little different

I know that herbs are used to help strengthen concentration while meditating.. but I have a question for Aerith.. How can your SA be a tree? Respond to that in a PM, please.

on another note, These particular methods both confuse and interest me, I typically take a large, strong whiff of some soap with the scent of Green Tea and Sweet Grass because it tends to help me really think about how it smells to me. Another question, has anyone meditated recently and/or had trouble getting there? I have yet to meditate this week, I need to, though.

I have been having a little trouble meditating, but it is not much. My shoulder keeps burning like heck during random times of the day, and I can't figure out why. I mean, It has happened before (for most of my life since I found the SW), but it is more frequent than ever. I can't say whether it is just the pain or something more, though.

True, do you think it might be something from the shadow's? Have they attacked you more frequently in the SW, or was it some accident? Do you remember anything strange in the SW happening to you right before this?

I am a little relieved, I helped heal my sister somewhat from the injuries on her wrist, though I am having a lot of trouble with one patch. It just got more bright red and pink (if you remember all this from my last post of saying my little sister was hurt in a way), and more cracked. We tried putting cocobutter on it, and it seems to help somewhat, but it just isn't going away. She also asked me to heal a bad scratch she got from my youngest sister, it was bleeding pretty badly, what should I do? In both cases.

Perhaps, Olive. I haven't been attacked by shadows. as for strange things... i've had a couple of visions, but i can't remember them.

hmmm... well, i'll try a healing spell. I don't know what it could be...
