I actually handmake them and give them to friends who are having trouble sleeping. They usually work too, it's wonderful. (:

A little bit of thin cotton fabric and cotton balls for stuffing, and I sprinkle in the chamomile and fluff it all together. It's pretty simple and fun.

@Aerith Gainsborough -- Sorry to barge in, but do you use actual herbs or their oils? If it's the first, where did you get them? I'm having trouble finding anything other than rosemary. :/

Yes, I grow most of mine as well. I don't really use actual herbs for anything other than cooking usually, I like incense and candles for scents and whatnot.
