I actually handmake them and give them to friends who are having trouble sleeping. They usually work too, it's wonderful. (:

A little bit of thin cotton fabric and cotton balls for stuffing, and I sprinkle in the chamomile and fluff it all together. It's pretty simple and fun.

@Aerith Gainsborough -- Sorry to barge in, but do you use actual herbs or their oils? If it's the first, where did you get them? I'm having trouble finding anything other than rosemary.

the first. i actually grow some herbs, so mine are fresh.

Yes, I grow most of mine as well. I don't really use actual herbs for anything other than cooking usually, I like incense and candles for scents and whatnot.
