SA(if you have one): Not an animal actually, but a tree. A 104-year-old weeping willow that appears in a large number of my dreams, especially during stressful or painful times. I believe it symbolizes tranquility and order in my life, because after seeing it, things always get better for me.
reigon: A black sand beach, usually rainy. The water smells like the Pacific Ocean.
other: Skye. I'd like to learn about the connection I have with plant life.

And yes, they all smell different. Usually if it's a ghost it's their cologne/perfume but watered down. Nonhuman things smell like burnt cheese and other things. I rarely am able to see them, usually just their scent.

Personally for me rosehip is very uplifting and positive. It isn't exactly an herb, but I drink rosehip tea a lot and use the oil on my skin. It calms me down and helps me feel more optimistic. It might just be me though. Have you tried it before?

no, but i will have to. I actually eat some rosemary before bed, and it keeps me calm.

I have tiny pillows with chamomile and lavender that put me right to sleep. They help my dreams too, if I lose more than one then my dreams that night usually aren't pleasant.
