Anyways, an Alicorn is a Pegi/Uni, right? If so, judging by the current Alicorns in F.I.M., I think that all Royalty MARES are supposed to be Alicorns. I mean, so far, everypony who is royal so far has been an Alicorn, with the exception of Prince BlueBlood, hence why I said mares.

No, Celestia and Luna were supposed to be special, and they were SUPPOSED to be the only Alicorns in the show, then Hasbro went against her and made Candence into one.

Yeah, she's Celestia's niece. But that doesn't necessarily mean she'll be an Alicorn at birth.
I also wonder who Cadance's parents are, because I doubt she's Luna's child, and I don't think she's Celestia's either. Is there a long lost brother we don't know about? XD

On a completely random note, say a Unicorn and Pegasus have a foal, there are three different outcomes. Unicorn, Pegasus, or Alicorn, though I'm sure Alicorn is very rare. That's at least my thought on the matter. I'm not quite sure.

I agree with you, but alicorn offspring would be absurdly rare. I'd be interested to see a non-royal alicorn from non-royal parents trying to deal with everyday life with ponies thinking s/he is royalty.

And I wanna see MLP cake! There's nothing unamazing about cake and ponies together.

Haha, yeah, that'd be a whole lot to deal with huh? And kind of a let down if they weren't/aren't royalty.
As for the MLP cake, before I show pictures, you must excuse the terrible color(s). My mom put a whole lot of nerds on it, and the icing was a failure. But I still think it looks good overall
