On the subject of adoption, I think Pinkie Pie actually grew up on Pie Family Foal Labour Farm. She was an orphan who's biological parents were scorched after an arsonist burnt down her home. The Pie Family accepted her into their orphanage as a worker in the rock farm.

She was never adopted, so she spent her entire childhood there until she was legally able to move out.

What a way to end a season... The royal wedding finale was just amazing. The songs were great too... But that plot! Best yet.
And I love Cadence's design...

Now. About the season finale. The last word was party. Epic, right? New favorite character: Cadence and Chyrisalis. (sp?) Almost every pony got an awesome part in there. And even some of the shippings were shown, which made me extra happy.
