I think... either What If or The Scientist are the most depressing songs for me. Maybe Viva La Vida. The Scientist is obviously about loosing someone you love for something that you regret and What If is kind of worrying about the future and being unwanted. Viva La Vida is pretty much loosing power and stuff. So that's why I think those three are really depressing. And Amsterdam too, for some reason it reminds me of the Holocaust.
I'd say either 42, Strawberry Swing or Swallowed in the Sea. 42's obviously about death, Strawberry Swing because its all about childhood and stuff (although I'm still a child/ young teenager) and Swallowed in the Sea because that too, is about loss. To be honest, I don't know why Strawberry Swing makes me feel depressed. It's meant to be happy. The video is kind of, although the squirrel dies.
Wish they did more Coldplay merchandise. The only things I've found is a Coldplay mug in HMV except I had no money on me at the time, and a £60 Mylo Xyloto hoodie, which my Mum won't let me buy because it's too much. (And I can see her point, but all of the profit goes to Make Trade Fair... Dx)
