As for youtube to mp3, there's a website called Zamzar where you can convert it. That's where I do all of mine. ^^

I used Nico Sound. Just copy the title of the youtube vid, and paste it into the search bar then bam! You got it. No matter what song, as long as it's on Nico Nico Douga, you can get the MP3 for it.
